Stevie and Joe are discussing the Bryce Harper saga and the continued rumors and speculation *probably* started by Big Daddy Boris linking Bryce with Phila, San Deigo, Arizona, and maybe just maybe Chicago... one team of note not listed, our Washington Nationals. Rob Ryan was hired by the #FireBruceAllen's probably to make the team more appealing for Hard Knocks and HBO as right now there isn't a lot of personalities that would make a summer of filming at Redskins park very interesting, and the duo end with a discussion about the genius of Fyre Festival and the ever-annoying Ja Rule. The NFL Superbowl is going to be played in just a few days. LP and FP are here to preview the big game. Do the Rams have enough in the tank to beat the Patriots? Is TB12 and Belichick just too good to lose to a 2nd year coach and 3rd year QB? Sean McVay + Jared Goff combined age 57, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick combined age 157 or something like that. Experience in the big game matters and that might be too much for the young guys to handle. At 14:35 the talk shifts to the local football team. Bruce Allen thinks the Redskins are close, close to what? We don't know. Jay Gruden has a new coaching staff, Jimmy Tomsula is returning and one Redskin is ecstatic. FP, 20, and Joe are talking about how the Saints and Rams should be forced to replay the end of the NFC championship game (1:30), how the Chiefs should have had an opportunity to touch the ball in OT (4:30), and why the NFL should immediately change the Overtime Rules and make all plays available for challenge (11:25). Also, Joe lays out a solid reason as to why all NFL challenges should be handled from New York and NOT on the field in real-time. Brady gets a chance to book-end his career with another win against the Rams in the Superbowl (21:30) and might he walk off and retire? FP, Stevie, 20, and Joe breakdown the final results across the NFL playoff schedule and make some shocking early predictions for next week's conference championship matchups. The Colts looked worse than expected, the Bolts came out flat, the Cowboys regressed defensively, and the Eagles finally ran out of tricks.. but don't take anything away from the Chiefs or Patriots, and don't look surprised that the Rams and Saints are moving on either. The boys break it all down and then discuss the final season of House of Cards, Marie Kondo "Tidying", and the wrap the show with a few thoughts on Surviving R.Kelly! Listen and share!

The NFL Playoffs continue and Joe is on a heater picking all four games correctly last week and now shifting his attention to the big matchups this weekend. "20" rejoins the show to talk about the NFL matchups as well and the duo also discusses the National Championship game, would you play baseball or football if both were an option, why the Redskins haven't fired anyone, and debate if the Wizards are better without John Wall. FP is big on the Colts, Razzle on the Seahawks, 20 is all in on the Bears, and Joe is ready to mortgage the farm on the Bolts! 

The Redskins season ended weeks ago but the DTC crew officially put the bow on it with this recap show. Injuries, projections, simulated roster moves, and of course end of year/new year resolutions for the brass at Redskins park to consider. LP, FP, and Joe talk their way through the misery of another losing season and share little optimism for the future... but hey... happy new year!

The Wizards are missing John Wall and struggling to string wins together while the Capitals are streaking and trying to cement their identity as they are set to make a second straight cup-run! What can the Wiz do with the contracts they have on-hand? Does anyone have any faith in #FireErnie? Don't the Wiz remind you of the Redskins? a little bit? yikes! The Capitals on the other hand are quietly repeating their success from last year, playing well against the better teams and beating the teams they should. As we start 2019 LP, FP, and Joe have thoughts about what both franchises can do to energize their current fan bases and try to expand them too!

Goodbye 2018 and Hello 2019. #FireBruceAllen should continue to trend on twitter as the #Redskins face their fans and the offseason with lots of questions (seemingly without answers) while #FireErnie should begin trending as the Wizards are likely to finish no better than 7th in the East. Even with all the negative headlines in DC Sports the one headline that matters is that the Capitals are champions and thus, we are all champions! Olympics + WorldCup always make things awesome.... but 2019 will be great as well! Congrats Stevie, Almost Congrats LP! Happy New Year to all!

The #Redskins, powered by Josh Johnson, played stout defense and just well enough on offense to defeat the #Jaguars and improve to 7-7 keeping themselves firmly in the playoff hunt. The #Cowboys and #Giants both managed 0 (ZERO) points while losing and will face each other one more time to end the season in a few weeks... but for now, the Redskins are alive and will face the #Titans on Saturday in a must-win. Coach Jay Gruden deserves an award for how well he has coached 2nd and 3rd string players all season long and with his fourth quarterback under center he is fighting for every inch and imploring his players to do the same. Mason Foster had a great game, Allen and Kerrigan too, and Haha Clinton-Dix played his best game as a Redskin too. The offense didn't look great but AP still has something in the tank and Crowder clearly does too! What a win! Hail to the #Redskins #HailVictory!

The Washington Wizards have traded away Kelly Oubre and Austin Rivers and welcomed back Trevor Ariza. On the surface this screams "Fire Ernie" but surprisingly LP and Joe are not on the same page with Joe being "pro" the trade for several reasons. The duo break it all down and preview the Redskins Jaguars game as well! Tune in, comment, share, repeat... and DC... it will get better one day, some day, when Ernie and Bruce are gone!

The Redskins are an embarrassment that words cannot fully illustrate. Once upon a time we had a real quarterback... he wore the number 8. Bruce Allen refused to sign him to a long term deal, traded away all of his receivers, his "weapons", then watched him still throw for nearly 4000 yards before refusing to sign him again, and ultimately watched him leave DC just as the prime of his career was on the horizon. Alex Smith (Godspeed on your recovery) is likely never going to play football again, Colt is a backup at best and a year and half away from returning from his injury, Mark Sanchez does not belong in the NFL and Josh Johnson will start at quarterback next week for the 6-7 Redskins who left the few true fans they had left with their heads in their hands asking themselves how much longer must we endure Bruce "Goose" Allen? Playoffs? Forget about it... we need the 'Skins to lose 50-0 every week moving forward to force Dan to fire Bruce. As fans we deserve better than this! The Giants are not a more talented team, but they showed today that in sports, talent never beats hard work. Today, every Redskins fan should be disappointed, and if we really want to see change, we have to send a message... don't sell your tickets, trash them, force this team to play in front of no fans... when we attend they complain... so let's give them what they want... silence. Shame.

Another gruesome quarterback injury in Washington DC. 30 years ago to this day we all witnessed it with Joe Theismann and today we witnessed it with Alex Smith. Alex was finally starting to hit his stride before he was knocked out of the game. Colt McCoy who has plenty of experience in the Jay Gruden system came in and looked alright. In the end it wasn't enough to beat the Houston Texans but it's really larger than just this one game. Do the Redskins have a recipe for success for the rest of the season? The Washington Redskins lost their third game of the season to the now 4-4 Atlanta Falcons. LP and FP dive into how the loss negates anything positive fans thought about this team, and question what product they'll see moving forward. Tevin Coleman and Julio Jones shredded the defense. The Alabama wall has crumbled, and Josh Norman pissed everyone off yet again. Alex Smith and the offense got their passing yards, but it came at a cost of the entire O-line going down, and Adrian Peterson not being involved. 

Stevie and Joe are ready to break down NFL free agency and the moves the Redskins did and did NOT make at the trade deadline! Stevie wanted offensive help, Joe didn't, but both were surprised to hear the Redskins acquired a defensive back improving a unit that needed depth and strengthening a strength which may propel the defensive from 4th overall to best in the league! Justin (@jusblaze_513) from the Above the Rim Podcast joins the show to talk about the big storylines across the NBA through the first full week of the season and share his thoughts on the Rockets, Lakers, Wizards, Warriors, Celtics, Raptors, and one bold prediction that the Lakers will miss the playoffs even if fully healthy! Joe shares some insight into why EVERY team in the NBA is scoring over 100pts per game and asks if it is sustainable? Can anyone stop the Pelicans? The Redskins were absolutely embarrassed by the New Orleans Saints in a game in which Drew Brees broke the all time passing yards record. The Redskins had no answers for the Saints mediocre defense, no answers for Michael Thomas and the rest of the high powered Saints offense and we barely saw the Saints special teams. Alex Smith and Jay Gruden did not seem to be on the same page, Adrian Peterson was non-existent and the team put out one of the worst performances in recent history. Join FP, Joe and LP on this episode where they try to find some positives from the game, which there were none. FP thinks Gruden is to blame, LP disagrees and Joe still would rather have the Browns roster over the Skins roster. No one expected this, the Redskins dominated the Packers from start to finish. That is now twice the Redskins have dominated an opponent when even we didn't expect it. FP, LP, Stevie, Joe, and Razzle are on the pod with game analysis and a full recap. The Redskins are sitting in a good spot at 2-1 heading into the early bye week which is usually a terrible thing. Jon Allen, Da'ron Payne and the rest of the defensive line deserve gameballs for a great effort, and Jay Gruden out coached Mike McCarthy offensively... no way anyone saw that coming! Joe has some positive vibes for new wide receiver Michael Floyd while FP has concerns about the Redskins ability to get real pressure from the defensive line to choke the Packers terrible run game.
