Don't look now but the Redskins have added pro-bowler Adrian Peterson to the RB depth chart after being "blown-away" by his conditioning. LP, FP, Stevie, Joe, and special guest Razzle talk about all things Redskins from AP to WR's to season expectations. The boys discuss the pending trades the Nationals have out for Murph and Harp and if manager Davie Martinez will return next season. LP and Joe discuss the sreaking DC United powered by Hamid and Rooney, and FP has some thoughts about millenials and pet-ernity he has to share! All in this is one fun extended episode! FP, Stevie, and Joe jump into the struggles of the Nationals and debate if they can win 70% of their remaining games. Joe is convinced Harper will be traded while Stevie believes he will be back next year. The World Cup Finale is just days away and the roundtable is back to talk about the entire event spanning the last month and share opinions on who is likely to win and why. France is loaded with talent, but Croatia seems to rise to every occasion! John, Dan, Sam, Mat, and Joe also discuss the rising and falling stars in the world of soccer, expectations for the third place contest on Saturday and if Wayne Rooney will have a positive impact on our local team here in DC with the opening of their new venue just days away. The boys also debate why their favorite league is the best (La Liga vs EPL is always and intense screaming match) and share some thoughts on what we can all do to fill our time when the soccer ends.

Nationals Stuck at .500; NBA Offseason; Thai Cave Rescue; Supreme Court Thoughts

Stevie and Joe are back from vacation and getting caught up on all things sports and all things DC! NBA Finals Preview; Rematch x4; Eight Years of LeBron

The (most boring) NBA Finals have arrived... (but we are spicing things up with some NBA on NBC theme music!)... #Warriors vs #LeBron for the 4th straight year... how does anyone get excited about that? Well, maybe we aren't excited, but we still love basketball, and still will watch, so let's set the table for the series which begins on Thursday night... afterall LeBron was right, "not 1, not 2, not 3..." he has been to 8 straight finals, which is incredible to consider as many of us were still in school or hadn't met our spouses... eight years ago #ESPN was still relevant, and #Drake hadn't released an album yet... much less a "dis-track". Justin Blaze (@jusblaze_513) from the Above the Rim Podcast joins Joe to preview the matchup and make some predictions for the series and also for the #Wizards and the offseason staring Ernie G in the face. Nationals Rising; A+ Pitching; Sports Betting Win

Off the bat of Mark Reynolds... the Nationals win all four in Arizona, improve to 13 wins in their last 15 games, and are outscoring opponents nearly two to one (69-35). The Nationals are rising, the pitching is outstanding, and the panic that was has no subsided to a gentle "May-Calmness" that everyone DC can appreciate! The Capitals seem to be on a heater of their own but what the Nationals are doing day in and day out is excellent and most on the panel today agree they could go 8-2 or 9-1 over their next ten to further pad their stats! Nationals Make a Change; #BeatPittsburgh; Panic or No-Panic?

The Nationals have made a change and the DTC Nats Crew... all of us... are discussing it prior to first pitch! Wizards Lose to Raptors; 3-2 Face Elimination; Playoff Predictions

In what can only be labeled as a disappointment, the Wizards dropped game five in Toronto even though they had the lead half-way through the final frame. Wall had moments of brilliance and moments of frustration, Beal played better than he did in games one and two, but ultimately the Wizards couldn't get points down the stretch settling for two many three pointers that just wouldn't fall. The Wiz return to DC for a win-or-go-home game six on Friday night and Stevie, Joe, and Mina Canada break it ALL down. Winners, losers, adjustments, and predictions. Tune in and share!

Nats .500; Mets Overrated; Impact of Cold Weather on Bats

Florida Shooting; Revisiting Alex Smith; + Nationals Spring Training Preview

Stevie and Joe recap the events of the week starting with a focus on the shooting in Florida. In this never-ending newscycle both hosts had a few things to share. The show then pivots to a discussion about Alex Smith and a revisit of his trade and extension with the Redskins which then leads the boys into a conversation about Amazon potentially moving to DC and leads into a preview of the Nationals spring training which is just weeks away. This type of show is quick-paced and shifts a lot as it follows the thoughts of Steve and Joe but it is their favorite type to record because it is unscripted and raw. The Eagles are Champions

With much sadness and contempt, we must announce and confirm, the Philadelphia Eagles are champions. The NFC East continued to terrorize Brady & Bunch in the Super Bowl improving to 3-0 (Giants x2, Eagles x1) and the offseason has officially arrived. Now as Redskins fans we can't cheer for a division rival, and cheering for greatness is boring, so most of us were cheering for our money... but we lost most of our prop bets too. Tough night all around for Redskins fans but let's be honest... Pete from Philly deserves a moment or two to enjoy his championship and predicted the keys to the game perfectly last week. Stevie, Joe, and Pete recap the big game with an eye turned now to the offseason and what may or may not happen just a bit north on I-95. We are just 80 days away from the NFL draft...

The Super Bowl [Prop Bet] Preview Show

Stevie, LP, Joe, and Pete from Philly discuss the upcoming Super Bowl between the Eagles and Patriots and shocker, only one of them is taking the Eagles while the three DC boys refuse to cheer for a division rival. Pete outlines the keys of the game for Philly while Stevie talks about why Brady will start much faster in this game and the potential of him retiring on stage at the end of the night. LP and Joe are still salty from the Redskins trading for Alex Smith but try to put that aside to discuss some of the more lucrative prop-bets for Sunday's big game. Redskins Lose Bad in Dallas; DC Sports Curse; Trump Tweets

The Redskins went on national TV last night and embarrassed all of their fans and the entire city of Washington DC. It was such a bad performance that Stevie demanded to be heard and joined Joe on Facebook LIVE to vent and air it all out. This is not your regular sports podcast however as when these two get going the destination is always in question. If you want some insight into POTUS tweets or the tax bill, listen to the end. Redskins Dominate Raiders: Instant Reaction

Hail to the Redskins! What a complete performance from the Redskins tonight against a very good Raiders team! LP is singing, FP is smiling, Stevie is dancing in the streets of DC, and Joe is convinced we are Super Bowl-bound! The guys pass out their game balls to coaches and players highlighting the best plays of the night and talk X's and O's about what worked and what didn't as the focus now changes to an equally good KC Chiefs team next Monday night in another primetime tilt! The fellas also discuss their reaction to Dan Snyder locking arms with the players during the national anthem tonight and share a few thoughts on what they saw around the league too. 2017 Fantasy Football Draft - The Top 60

Fantasy Football Season is here! The DTC boys are joined by David, 20, and Razzle to execute a mock six-round 10-team PPR draft with Joe and Stevie providing color commentary along the way. FP, LP, David, 20, and Razzle each drafted two teams and the results were mixed. FP put together two solid rosters while LP, David, and Razzle, put together one strong and one average roster. 20 however ended up with two really bad rosters... but that's ok, because every league has one of "those guys" right? Joe shared his thoughts on several players not drafted in the top 60 and Steve provided some strategy insights into the best course of attack to build a winning roster... the irony of course being Steve is one of the worst fantasy football players of all-time. This show was a lot of fun and the analysis provided throughout will prove to be helpful to all fantasy players as we head into the long fantasy-draft-holiday-weekend! Listen, comment, and share!
