The boys are over the win on Sunday against the #Saints and have already switched gears to the #Eagles. The Lions lost their grip on the one-seed with #Vikings and Eagles firmly in the mix. The NFL MVP race is looking like its either a QB, a QB, or an RB at this point... but defensively, has anyone had a better season than TJ Watt? Coming off the bye week for the Commanders the boys are in studio discussing the week that was in the NFL and the week ahead. The Eagles barely beat the Panthers but stay alive in the chase for the Lions and the top NFC seed, the Rams pulled a big upset, and the Chiefs... the Chiefs keep luck-winning. Seems like fans want to see Lions vs Bills but we are going to get stuck with Eagles vs Chiefs in the Super Bowl? Maybe? Commanders need a win against the Saints to stay alive in the NFC and what was the NFL thinking with several huge games in the 4pm window on Sunday?

Caps/Wiz Eliminated Round 1; WFT Best in the NFC?

The NBA is slowly dying. Super teams are annoying. Lebron James is out of the playoffs and changing his jersey again. The Wizards made the playoffs but really had absolutely no chance. The Caps are eliminated in the first round once again. WFT is looking more and more like a really, really REALLY strong contender in the NFC. Finally the USMNT had one of the best soccer games of the decade against El Tri. 

NBA Season Suspended; Corona Virus Thoughts; Bernie Bro's

Stevie and Joe were literally caught speechless when the #NBA announced the season had been suspended, so they took 10 mins, gathered their thoughts and then turned on the mics! The NBA season may resume with playoffs only based on current seeding, or may have play-in games, who knows, right now however, there will be no more games. European soccer is already halting games as well, travel to Europe is suspended for 30 days, and yes, #CoronaVirus #COVID19 is to blame and not going anywhere anytime soon. Somehow one thing leads to another and the boys end up discussing the democratic primaries, the lack of presidential leadership, the stock market tanking, and what may come next here in DC. This is a unique show from two people doing their best to work through all the information and share their personal thoughts without fanning the flames of fear. We will be ok America. Stay Strong. Even with all the negative headlines in DC Sports the one headline that matters is that the Capitals are champions and thus, we are all champions! Olympics + WorldCup always make things awesome.... but 2019 will be great as well! Congrats Stevie, Almost Congrats LP! Happy New Year to all!
